WHEN WE SLEEP
How we heal when we sleep
Where we sleep is one of the most important factors for the health and wellness of our bodies. What is even more important however is knowing the quality of that sleep and how effective it is in facilitating the proper state of being for ourselves and our cells to regenerate at night. When our body, mind and environment are all relaxed and stress free when we sleep we have an incredible ability to heal.
What happens at night when we sleep
At night the electromagnetic environment is quietened enormously. This occurs partly due to the sun going down as this is a massive source of electromagnetic radiation. We seldom use any electronic equipment when we sleep and so our environment is what we call electromagnetically at peace for the most part. In this quiet and peaceful state our bodies and brain are in what is called optimal signal to noise conditions.
This “noise” can be better understood as any form of EMF “electromagnetic frequency” (most electrical appliances in our home) or Geopathic anomalies (underground rivers, fault lines and energy lines)

This noise can disturb the brain’s ability to send and receive signals that our cells require to regenerate and heal when we sleep.
When the brain is able to attain optimal signal to noise conditions when we sleep it increases its amplitude and starts powering out rhythmic signals that instruct our nervous system to replenish the 500 million or so cells our body loses every day. In order for our body to remain healthy it must replace these cells at night.
If the brain can’t send the signals to the cells because of some other noise for example Geopathic stress or EMF’s then the brain will either have to up the amplitude to make the signal clearer which requires enormous amounts of vital energy or the cells simply don’t hear the signals.
If the cells don’t hear these signals then they cannot do their job of replacing the cells that were lost during the day and this overtime due to chronic exposure leads to the stressing issue where the body is no longer a complete body anymore and this is another description of disease or ill health.
