Infants and babies sleep issues
Infants and babies sleep issues
As infants and young children develop and grow in the first 6 years of life, their predominant brain wave state is theta (4 to 8 Hz) This is a vibrational frequency associated with the state of imagination.
At this time of a child’s life especially he/she is extremely sensitive to frequencies that fall outside the normal range of theta.
Frequencies from mobile phones, Laptops, Wifi routers, TV’s and most other electrical devices have a powerful effect on the child’s ability to relax internally as their frequencies are too high and too consistent. Just because a child isn’t sitting in front of a television or holding a tablet or phone doesn’t mean they are not sitting in an energetic soup of electromagnetic radiation being emitted by the wifi router and other peoples phones in the home. It is also possible that there is a telecommunications mast close by that can create even more disruptive frequencies for their young developing brains.
During the day it is one thing as the brain is active and not as attentive on this level as much but at night when they need their sleep it is paramount that all wifi and as much electrical activity be kept to the lowest output especially in and around where the child sleeps. There should for no reason whatsoever be a wifi router, television, or electrical fuse box in or outside the wall of any child’s bedroom. Sleep issues in children are most often driven by a lack of feeling safe in the mind of a child. This electromagnetic noise from devices can be picked up by children a lot easier than adults due to the slower and more sensitive brain wave state they have in theta.
You would be very surprised at how many children’s bedrooms are not fit for sleeping in. Awareness on this issue needs to be increased and not taken for granted. Small changes in a child’s early developmental years can make all the difference to their optimum brain function and health later on in life.
